On the road

Austria's bus network is a shining example of outstanding coverage. After all, buses are everywhere, in cities and rural areas, and are therefore messengers with a particularly broad coverage. Bus routes also offer a special loyalty bonus: bus users travel on "their" route on a very regular basis.

Car drivers who often have the rear end of the bus directly in front of them are another important target group, as are pedestrians who consider bus adverts as particularly appealing (scoring a value of 85% in the category "very or rather appealing" in the CAWI online survey conducted by Ambient Meter). Advertising options such as side surface applications, various designs on the rear, interior advertising or bus branding in Total Look designs are frequently used messengers in the public space.
